Hi guys, As you may or may not be aware Mark is attempting a huge charity lift on 23rd January at Hayward's Heath Dolphin.
He is doing this lift to raise money for Jasper Briggs and the hospice he attends.. For those who don’t know Jasper is Charlie's son who ,sadly, is terminally ill with a form of Battons Disease which is a rare disorder that basically over a period of time shuts down his nervous system resulting in premature death.
He plans to leg press 180kg or 28stone one thousand times in two hours resulting in a total lift of 180'000 kg or 180 tonnes. This is way beyond what he has ever lifted but he believes he can do it.
